At Alefseen, every piece is a hand-crafted original created in Saudi Arabia by artist Ahmad Al Sulaimani. Because of their unique and custom nature, special care is taken with production, packaging, and delivery. Below you’ll find details for each product category.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

​

  • Canvases: 7–14 business days for hand-drawing and preparation.

  • Vases: 5–10 business days for finishing and protective packaging.

  • Metal Wall Art: 7–14 business days for custom cutting, finishing, and assembly.

Packaging & Care

​

  • Canvases: Securely wrapped and reinforced to prevent bending or tearing.

  • Vases: Individually protected with foam and double-boxed for safe delivery.

  • Metal Wall Art: Packed with reinforced edge protectors and delivered ready-to-hang, including mounting hardware.

Shipping Options

​

  • Within Saudi Arabia: Delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • GCC & International: Available upon request; delivery usually 7–14 business days depending on location.

Tracking & Notifications

​

  • All customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order is shipped.

​

Customs & Duties

​

  • For international orders, please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Policy

​

  • All Canvases, Vases, and Metal Wall Art pieces are handmade originals by Ahmad Al Sulaimani.

  • Because of their custom and original nature, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages & Defects

​

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged area.

  • We will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been altered, hung, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations

​

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.

  • After this time, work will already be in progress and cancellation will not be possible.
